Video Player Help
I can't play the videos.
If you're having trouble playing the videos on this site, make sure you have EITHER Windows Media Player (version 7 or better) OR QuickTime Player (version 6 or better) installed on your machine. Both players are FREE to download.
Which video player should I use?
You can install either player on either platform, but generally speaking...
Windows Users (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP) should already have Windows Media Player installed.
Apple Macintosh users should already have QuickTime installed.
So if you're on a Windows machine, try the Windows Media Player version first. If you're on an Apple Macintosh, try the QuickTime version first.
If you know you already have the player installed, but you're still having problems, upgrade to the latest version of your player using the links above.
I get sound, but no video. (Or vice versa)
You need to upgrade your player to the latest version using the links above.
I installed a fresh copy of the player and restarted my machine, but I can still not see the video.
You may be behind a firewall that is preventing you from certain rich media on the internet. Contact your system administrator and make them aware of the problem, or contact our webmaster with a detailed description of the problem, including your operating system, browser version, and media player version.
